Support comes in different forms, and offering a compassionate coaching partnership is only part of the equation. We also provide our clients with candid and challenging feedback - information they may not get from their peers, but that is crucial to grow and develop. Balance. We function at our best when we have balance in our life. Balance can be challenging to achieve. Together with our clients, we map out ways to best reach and sustain that balance as they focus on reaching their goals. Laughter. Life is too short not to have fun. We help our clients uncover their natural playfulness. Whether in coaching, training, or consulting, we share the joy in our work with our clients. Walk the talk. We commit to live with integrity and passion and to find fulfillment in what we do. Part of this fulfillment comes from wanting to make a difference in others lives. We realize that an investment in coaching is a privilege not available to everybody. As part of our practice we regularly offer pro-bono coaching in support of select individuals and trailblazing efforts such as the TED Fellows program. Strengths. We are most creative and innovative when we play to our strengths. Further, using our natural talents, skills and interests energizes us when we face adversity in pursuit of our goals. While we need to mitigate our weaknesses, the most efficient path to excellence is to focus on what we do best and enjoy doing most. |
who we work with… Our clients are successful leaders who seek to be more successful. They are hard-working and motivated to achieve positive and sustainable change for themselves, their teams and their organizations. Our evidence-based coaching model is tailored to our clients' unique needs. We offer a range of behavioral, cognitive and other proven frameworks and tools that accelerate client growth in a supportive environment, be it one-on-one or in one of our learning workshops. who we do not work with… Successful change takes time and practice. We do not partner with organizations that seek a 'quick fix' as this fails to stand the test of time. We do not engage in penalty box coaching for leaders who have been written off by their organization. Finally, leaders who are resistant to change or who engage in any form of integrity violations will not make it onto our client list. |
