Anne

Founder of North of Neutral, a global leadership advisory boutique, Dr. Anne Lueneburger previously had a fifteen-year career with organizations such as Danone and The Boston Consulting Group. Today, together with her team of strategists and coaches, Anne serves clients at organizations worldwide, including McKinsey, The International Finance Corporation, The World Economic Forum, Yale Medical School, and UNICEF. Anne's sweet spot is gutsy, purpose-seeking leaders who are motivated to grow and deliver results. Her approach is strengths focused, as this is where clients feel energized, see the steepest learning curves, and can be on top of their game.

A partner of INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre and Columbia University, Anne is also a founding fellow of Harvard's Institute of Coaching, serves on the HBR Advisory Council and is an active member with the International Positive Psychology Association. Her work has been broadly published, ranging from the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching to Elle Magazine. A connector with a curious mindset, Anne has spent time in thirty-seven countries and done at least two of these: interview live on Chinese state television, catch a wild tuna with her bare hands, and knit a duck.

Anke

For the past fifteen years, Anke Thiele has been a trusted partner for clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Clif Bar, Google, Kaiser Permanente, and The Gap, among whom her coaching style is valued for its warmth, intuitiveness and goal orientation. Anke's successful executive coaching and leadership development practice has been built on her corporate experiences, be it as Director of Human Resources for Bertelsmann or as Management Consultant for Towers Perrin.

Having worked in ten countries on three continents, Anke holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from TH Darmstadt/Germany. She is a trained coach through New Ventures West and serves as faculty at UC Berkeley's Center for Executive Education. Anke is also certified in the Enneagram and the Bar-On-EQi Emotional Intelligence assessment. Barbara

Following a twenty year successful career in the financial services sector, encompassing many senior leadership roles with one of the largest global banks, Barbara decided to launch her own coaching and consulting practice. As a certified executive coach and assessment professional she partners globally with multinational organizations and their C-suite executives to leverage their strengths and build their leadership capacity. Based out of Singapore, Barbara brings her wealth of experience and training to foster honest conversations, translate insights into action plans and helps her clients make desired behavioral shifts and make visions become reality.

Barbara also works as Executive Coach at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre and serves as a pro bono coach and mentor at the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) in Singapore. Barbara earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and took advanced training in Coaching, Consulting and Supervision from Professio, Germany. Carol

A senior advisor with the North of Neutral team, Dr. Carol Kauffman knows how to bring out the best in people. She works with people from all walks of life, from front lines to royalty, and brings over 40,000 hours of experience to her coaching clients. Her belief is that senior leaders would not be where they are if they didn't have massive skill sets. With her style of developing high trusting, collaborative relationships, she sees her job as getting client strengths aligned with what has to be done today. Her clients have included C-level leaders at Unilever, AstraZeneca, Egon Zehnder, a Wealth Management Company, Heath Care organizations and Telecommunications. Some of these engagements are short bursts as part of leadership development programs; others are a year or more.

For the past 25 years Carol has taught at Harvard Medical School where she received a $2,000,000 gift to launch the Institute of Coaching and where she started the Annual Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare Conference at Harvard. Carol is also the chief supervisor of Meyler Campbell Ltd, a business coaching program in London. She is Co-Editor in Chief of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research, and Practice and is the author of the groundbreaking 2009 Harvard Business Review article "What your coach can do for you". With a career spanning over 20 years in communications and marketing with firms such as Subaru, Rover and Merrill Lynch, Carolyn appreciates the nature of working in a complex business environment. Through her study of psychology and her coaching practice, Carolyn recognizes we all want to thrive. A board certified coach, she also is a certified practitioner of the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the Center for Creative Leadership's 360-degree feedback instruments, and the Retirement Success Profile.

Cathy chose the path of business psychology twenty-five years ago and since then has practiced as a coach and senior advisor to clients such as Aviva, Christie's, easyJet, KPMG, Linklaters, The Telegraph Media Group, and Versace. Prior to launching her own practice she was a board director at Nicholson McBride and also served as Chief Creative Officer for the Mind Gym. As Chairman of the board, she partnered with thought leaders in the field of psychology to innovate learning solutions.

Cathy earned a Bsc Honours degree in Psychology from Nottingham University. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the BPS Special Coaching Group, the Association of Business Psychologists and the Association of Coaching. She is qualified in 'Brief' Solution Based Coaching and has a post-graduate diploma in psychodynamic counseling in the workplace. Cathy is a qualified Executive Coach with Meyler Campbell and coach supervisor with the Bath group. She is qualified to use Hogan Derailers, MBTI, FIRO B, Realise 2 and is a certified NLP practitioner.

In her spare time you might find her consumed by her passion on everything Ottolenghi, trying out new recipes. With her great sense of British humour, she embodies 'keep calm and carry on', even when challenged by her two teenage daughters.

Previously, Claudia enjoyed a sixteen-year career in television. She held senior commercial roles at BBC Worldwide, Warner Bros and Shine Group, where she was Managing Director of Shine Network and on the group's global Creative Board.

David

David Noble, strategist and leadership advisor, supports the personal growth of senior executives and helps leaders and their teams align strategy, risk and execution. Known for long-term relationships, David partners with clients to rapidly assess and address their most pressing issues. During his 30 year corporate career David was managing partner at Oliver Wyman, global leader of AT Kearney's financial services group, managing director at Morgan Stanley as well as senior vice president at Royal Bank of Canada.

His clients value his operating and strategic experiences in financial services, as well as his leadership advisory insights across multiple industry verticals developed over the past several years at Egon Zehnder. David has experienced it all: growth environments, turnarounds, and start-ups around the world with their attendant successes and setbacks. Through this varied set of challenges, David found personal meaning in encouraging and developing the great people he connected with in addition to celebrating wins about successful transactions.

Fran

Fran's career spans some 25 years in both consultancy and industry roles, operating at the forefront of organisation and people development practices, with a particular emphasis on leadership and cultural change. She has worked for a wide range of FTSE 100 and 250 companies across most industry sectors, including being a partner at Andersen and Deloitte, leading the People and Change practice, with overall revenues in excess of £45 million.

A well-known executive coach and consultant, Fran has successfully partnered with clients such as UBS, EE, Deutsche Bank, Waitrose, KPMG, Wolseley, and John Lewis partnership. She specialises in helping senior executives and their boards to leverage their strengths, and improve their effectiveness and impact on the business. She also specialises in the whole area of team effectiveness and what it really means to be a high performing team.

Fran's approach blends pragmatism with the right level of challenge and a robust point of view. Her clients enjoy her mix of senior business experience, her smarts and her warm coaching style.

Graham

Dr. Graham Ward expertise is in leadership, diversity, high performance teams, group dynamics, team dysfunction and change. He has worked with senior executives at McKinsey, Siemens, Bristol Myers Squibb, Axa, Aviva, HSBC, Tesco, AstraZeneca, Deutsche Bank, E.On, UBS, Shell and BP among others. Prior to coaching C-suite executives and consulting around team dysfunctions, Graham spent 22 years in finance, 16 of which working for Goldman Sachs, where for seven years he co-led the European Equity business. In 2000, Graham spearheaded an initiative to introduce a Global Leadership Development office at GS that he led for three years.

Graham is Adjunct Professor of Leadership at INSEAD Business School in France and has given extensive lectures at other institutions such as The School of Management Science, India, on Spiritual Leadership. Graham received his Ph.D. from the Vrije University in Amsterdam. He holds an M.Sc. and Diploma from HEC/INSEAD in Clinical Organizational Psychology. In 1994 he received a Diploma of Investment Management from London Business School.

Graham, 51, lives on the Stockholm Archipelago with his wife and four children He travels extensively, recently visiting North Korea and Syria amongst other places and is exploring how to cultivate a vineyard in his country home in southern Italy.

Huseyin

Dr. Huseyin Cirpan focuses on leadership development under the premise of "our work is our path." Through his 'Inspired Leadership' approach, clients gain a deep understanding of their strengths and limitations and receive specific tools and techniques they can apply in the workplace for impact and success. Huseyin, who founded Eflatun Training and Consulting in Istanbul, Turkey, has worked with Isken Energy, the Turkish Red Crescent, Bank Asya and was lead coach for AVEA's GSM Operator leadership team.

Huseyin has a Masters in Finance from Exeter University and a PhD from Istanbul University in Organizational Development. He is a certified practitioner of The Team Diagnostic Assessment, The Cultural Transformation Tools and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Janet

Janet Larsen is a highly versatile executive coach who offers her clients the powerful blend of a sharp mind and a warm intuition. In pursuit of her keen interest in people she trained as a psychologist at Stanford, Oxford and Copenhagen universities.

Transitioning in the early 1990s to the corporate world, Janet served as strategic advisor and executive coach to global organisations in consumer goods, management consulting and financial services, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Liverpool Victoria (LV=) and Britvic. Jean Claude

Jean Claude Noel is an experienced executive coach and consultant who, during his global career in the corporate world, has served on the Board of Hilton International, was on the Management Board of TNT as Senior Vice President International as well as Corporate Vice President M&A for TNT Post Group and Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Christie's International. With a dual United States and French citizenship Jean Claude has lived on three continents and brings his deep understanding of cross-cultural environments to his coaching practice.

In addition to coaching senior leaders, Jean Claude has a particular interest for entrepreneurs and family business. He serves as Adjunct Clinical Professor and Coaching Practice Director at INSEAD's Global Leadership Center and is part of the Global Leadership Fellows Program of the World Economic Forum. Raised around the globe as a daughter of a diplomate, Karen Ericksen has over twenty five years business experience in corporate environments and professional services. Karen presently works with emerging and senior leaders in a number of Fortune 100 companies to facilitate leadership programs and coaching to multi-cultural groups around the world.

Prior to her leadership development and coaching practice, Karen consulted to various small technology businesses on marketing strategy. Her corporate career began when she fell in love with the Macintosh computer. She joined Apple Computer where she was a senior marketing manager at Cupertino's corporate headquarters and later overseas at Apple Australia.

Karen received her MBA from Stanford University and her BA in Economics from Williams College. Kari Erickson is an experienced coach and leadership consultant, having spent all of her 20 years of professional experience in human capital development. Well known for her drive, honesty and sense of humor, Kari's career began in financial services at American Express Financial Advisors.

As the Director of Professional Education and Leadership Development at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Kari was responsible for the firm's professional and leadership development, including Partner development. Following this, Kari led some of PwC's key development initiatives including a leadership program she developed which won Training Magazine's 2014 Top Hall of Fame Outstanding Training Initiative.

Running her own coaching and advisory practice, Kari coaches emerging and senior leaders in the US, UK, and Europe for organizations such as Exxon-Mobile, University of North Carolina, and PwC. Leng

Leng Lim has worked both at the management consulting firm Marakon Associates as well as a minister of the Episcopal Diocese. His well-rounded perspective and inquisitive mind, the result of his eclectic experience as business consultant, mediator and spiritual advisor, is greatly valued by his global client base.

Leng received his MBA and Master in Divinity from Harvard University and his BA in international relations from Princeton. A native of Singapore, he was at the young age of 18 awarded a scholarship to the United World College in New Mexico with students from over eighty countries. In his spare time the self-described bookworm can also be found in his organic vegetable garden north of New York City.

Lindy

Lindy is an executive coach, workshop facilitator, and consultant. For more than fifteen years she has collaborated with senior-level individuals and teams in the US and Europe, developing their communications and leadership abilities. Lindy has experience in a broad range of sectors with clients such as Bertelsmann, The Boston Consulting Group, The Carlyle Group, Dun & Bradstreet, HSBC, International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, and UBS.

Her methodology is informed by her deep knowledge of the theatre: from the performance principles that allow a leader to connect emotionally and influence an audience of any size, to the practice of being present, which is fundamental to leading with clarity and purpose. Lindy draws upon the innumerable, important parallels to performing on stage and in business. Through customized, experiential exercises and discussions influenced by the Socratic method, clients are able to hone innate talents and develop new competencies.

Mark

Dr. Mark Horney has two decades of diverse business expereince, including roles in the investment banking, media, and non-profit sectors with firms such as Morgan Stanley and A&E Television Networks. He brings an integrative approach to executive and career coaching that utilizes his psychology and career development training to help leaders leverage their strengths in order to achieve goals.  

Mark earned his MBA and executive coaching certificate from Columbia University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from The City University of New York. Nell

Nell's interest in the human elements of organization grew from her ten-year career in investment banking. Nell joined Goldman Sachs's Equity Division where she worked as an institutional equity sales trader both in the London and New York offices. She returned to the UK in 2001, as Managing Director and member of the Board of Investec Securities UK. At Investec, as part of Organizational Development, Nell began work as an internal coach. Inspired by the experience, she left banking in 2004 to train as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at The Bowlby Centre in London.

In her successful coaching practice she works across Europe and the African continent with organizations such as Barclays Bank, Expedia, Danone, and Freshfields LLP and the international tech industry. Her blend of business acumen, deep coaching experience and practice as a psychologist offer her clients a unique platform to catapult their leadership potential to the next level.

Founding member of the Women's network in London, Nell graduated from Cambridge with a double first in Social and Political Science. Nell also has a keen interest in entrepreneurship. She has founded, run and sold two successful businesses including an award-winning pork pie company.

Renita Kalhorn is a Juillard-trained concert pianist with a first-degree martial arts black belt and an MBA from INSEAD. She helps entrepreneurs, executives and sales professionals step up their game.

Individuals and companies hire her to help them: a) reach higher levels of productivity and engagement b) achieve relentless focus on high-ROI activities and c) implement systems that lock in desired behaviors and mindsets.

Veronique

French with South American roots, Véronique Doux is an executive coach who has been advising top management in international leading companies for more than 20 years. Previously, she held country, divisional and group global responsibilities with Fortune 500 players such as Veolia and Lafarge and was a member of the Executive Committee for Rexam. With her in-depth understanding of key corporate issues, her coaching focuses on career transitions and leadership excellence. She facilitates seminars with multi-cultural teams on topics such as leading innovation and performing in matrix organisations.

A leadership coach at INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre, Véronique also is on the faculty at the European School of Management (ESMT) and the Creative Centre for Leadership (CCL). Her extensive client list includes L'Oréal, Sodexo, Novartis, Metro AG, The World Economic Forum (Davos), Crédit Agricole, and Bain & Company.

With a BA and Masters in business and communications from Exeter and Sorbonne University, she is also a graduate in clinical organisational psychology from INSEAD with a Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change.

Indy

Indy Mancuso is an energetic and cheerful professional who brings a wealth of experience to North of Neutral. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro she attended, upon high school graduation, Institute Rezende Rammel, where she majored in chemistry. She was fascinated by exploring how individual elements come together to create more than a sum of its parts. Indy has gained valuable professional experience in administrative and operational roles in the plastic industry, wholesale bakeries as well as the restaurant and catering business.

Her foremost passion is working with people, and her dedication to clients is her trademark. In the US since 1998, she is currently working towards her Associate's Degree in business management. In her spare time Indy likes to listen to Brazilian artists, including Zelia Duncan, Anna Carolina and Jorge Vercilo.
