Dr. Huseyin Cirpan focuses on leadership development under the premise of "our work is our path." Through his 'Inspired Leadership' approach, clients gain a deep understanding of their strengths and limitations and receive specific tools and techniques they can apply in the workplace for impact and success. Huseyin, who founded Eflatun Training and Consulting in Istanbul, Turkey, has worked with Isken Energy, the Turkish Red Crescent, Bank Asya and was lead coach for AVEA's GSM Operator leadership team.

Huseyin has a Masters in Finance from Exeter University and a PhD from Istanbul University in Organizational Development. He is a certified practitioner of The Team Diagnostic Assessment, The Cultural Transformation Tools and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Jennifer Glueck Bezoza is an executive coach and an organizational development consultant who has worked across a variety of for profit and non-for-profit organizations, including General Electric, Towers Perrin, Visiting Nurse Service of New York and the Broad Foundation. Jennifer works with senior leaders in designing and facilitating leadership development programs, creating talent management strategies and programs, and coaching leaders in leveraging their strengths, and being more personally effective, productive and fulfilled. 

Jennifer holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA with honors in Humanities and Psychology from Stanford University. Jennifer is certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 feedback instruments, as well as MBTI and FIRO-B.  Jennifer completed coaching coursework at New York University.  She is also a regular contributor to the web site, Office Politics.

Julie Jackle is an executive coach and leadership consultant who partners with successful executives to drive optimum performance and engagement for themselves and their teams. Julie has an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Business and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California. She has completed advanced leadership coursework from the Center for Creative Leadership and from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Julie is a certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute, Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Karen Ericksen has over twenty five years business experience in corporate environments and professional services. Prior to her leadership development and coaching practice, Karen consulted to various small technology businesses on marketing strategy. Her corporate career began when she fell in love with the Macintosh computer and joined Apple Computer where she was a senior marketing manager at Apple's corporate headquarters and later overseas at Apple Australia. Karen presently works with emerging and senior leaders in a number of Fortune 100 companies to deliver leadership programs and coaching to multi-cultural groups around the world.

Karen received her MBA from Stanford University and her BA in Economics from Williams College. She is certified in coactive coaching with the Coach Training Institute and in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). An outdoor enthusiast, she can often be found hiking and skiing in the Colorado mountains to maintain a big picture perspective.

Dr. Mark Horney has two decades of diverse business expereince, including roles in the investment banking, media, and non-profit sectors with firms such as Morgan Stanley and A&E Television Networks. He brings an integrative approach to executive and career coaching that utilizes his psychology and career development training to help leaders leverage their strengths in order to achieve goals.  

Mark earned his MBA and executive coaching certificate from Columbia University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from The City University of New York. Renita Kalhorn is a Juillard-trained concert pianist with a first-degree martial arts black belt and an MBA from INSEAD. She helps entrepreneurs, executives and sales professionals step up their game.

Individuals and companies hire her to help them: a) reach higher levels of productivity and engagement b) achieve relentless focus on high-ROI activities and c) implement systems that lock in desired behaviors and mindsets.

She has delivered leadership and development training in the U.S. and Asia for Fortune 500 clients such as Deutsche Bank, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Time Warner, and provides mental toughness coaching for the Navy SEAL RDAC program.

Previously, Renita logged 15 years of general management experience, working closely with executives and entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, not-for-profit and technology. She also lived and worked in Europe and Japan for nearly a decade, and is fluent in Japanese.

Indy Mancuso is an energetic and cheerful professional who brings a wealth of experience to North of Neutral. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro she attended, upon high school graduation, Institute Rezende Rammel, where she majored in chemistry. She was fascinated by exploring how individual elements come together to create more than a sum of its parts. Indy has gained valuable professional experience in administrative and operational roles in the plastic industry, wholesale bakeries as well as the restaurant and catering business.

Her foremost passion is working with people, and her dedication to clients is her trademark. In the US since 1998, she is currently working towards her Associate's Degree in business management. In her spare time Indy likes to listen to Brazilian artists, including Zelia Duncan, Anna Carolina and Jorge Vercilo.
